Walkaround checks raise defects directly
Drivers complete a digital walkaround in their browser before sign-on - phone, tablet or depot computer all work. Any failed check creates a defect on the engineer's queue with photos attached - no paper card, no defect getting lost on the windscreen.

Renewals will be added to your calendar 30 days out so they never lapse. Bulk back-fills (e.g. importing a 200-vehicle fleet on day one) will be queued and run overnight.
