Sub-processors
The third-party companies we rely on to run RouteStra, what each one does, and what data it can see. This page is the detail behind section 06 of our Privacy Policy.

What a sub-processor is
When you use RouteStra, you stay in control of your operators’ and drivers’ data. We process it on your instructions. A sub-processor is a company we in turn rely on to deliver part of that service. Each is bound by a contract that limits them to processing your data only for the purpose listed here, and none of them may use it for their own ends.

Only if you switch them on
Accounting integrations are off by default. Nothing flows to these providers unless an admin in your organisation connects them from the Accounting tab, and disconnecting stops it again.

When this list changes
We’ll update this page before a new sub-processor starts handling customer data. This page is part of our versioned legal pack, so that change also bumps the pack’s version, and RouteStra OS asks your account owner to review and re-accept it (with a summary of what changed) the next time they sign in. If you object to a new sub-processor, tell us, and if we can’t resolve it, you can terminate the affected subscription.
